Days between two dates, without Sundays
Many workplaces — retail, construction, logistics, hospitality, and most businesses in India, the Middle East and parts of Asia — run a Monday-to-Saturday week. Standard business-day calculators assume a five-day week and give the wrong answer. This page counts every day except Sunday by default, so "how many working days between the 1st and the 30th" comes out right for a six-day schedule.
The result lists the calendar-day total, the number of Sundays removed, and any public holidays that were also excluded if you switched them on.
Other single-day weekends
If your day off is Friday (common in parts of the Middle East and North Africa) or Monday (hairdressers, restaurants, museums), tick that day instead of Sunday in the weekend box. Any combination of days can be excluded, so a Friday–Saturday weekend is one more tick away.
Adding public holidays
Tick "Exclude public holidays" to also remove the national holidays of the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia or Germany. Holidays for other countries can be pasted into the custom box, one per line, either as full dates (2026-10-02) or as recurring month-day pairs (10-02).
Need a date instead of a count?

Frequently asked questions
Does this count Saturdays as working days?
Yes. By default only Sunday is excluded. Tick Saturday too if you want a five-day week.
Can I exclude Fridays instead of Sundays?
Yes — untick Sunday and tick Friday. Any weekday can be treated as the weekend.
Are public holidays excluded?
Not by default on this page. Turn on "Exclude public holidays" and pick a country, or add dates in the custom box.
